2. Print & Complete Team Entry Form and Waiver
3. Check Soccer box, circle or write affliliation,
write in Division and complete Team Roster with
name, birthdates, & hometowns of each player.
You may attach a roster form or add an additional
page as needed.
4. Each coach must submit: Team Entry Form, Team
Entry Fee, & Waivers for each participant.

MANDATORY
HOTEL BOOKING POLICY
•
To participate in the 2013 California State Games,
all teams are required to book hotel accommodations
at one of the listed CSG host hotels offered at
discounted prices. After you have made your hotel
reservation, teams are accepted into the tournament.
•
Teams choosing not to book hotel rooms at our
host hotels are required to pay a $50 Deviation
Fee per team made payable to California State
Games. Once the Deviation Fee is paid, teams are
accepted into the tournament.
•
Exemptions: Teams residing in San Diego, Orange
or Riverside County are exempt from the mandatory
Hotel Booking Policy.
ELIGIBILITY
Open to any team meeting the age requirements.
Laminated player cards with picture are required
during team check-in.
TEAM
ROSTER
U8 through U10- Max 14 players per team
U11 & up- Max 18 players per team
COMPETITION
FORMAT
Pool play with three (3) games guaranteed, followed
by Championship Games.
U8-U9 - 20 minute halves
U10-U14
- 25 minute halves
U15-19 - 30 minute halves
U10 & below: 8 players on the field
U11 & up: 11 players on the field
FINALS: If tied after regulation team will go
to FIFA Penalty Kicks.
RULES
FIFA rules will govern. Cal State Games encourages
participation by all players in each game.

Mikasa USA Sports is the official ball of the California State Games and will be used for all games.

Banners Awarded to Gold Medal Teams!
Individual
Gold, Silver, & Bronze medals to the top 3
teams in each division. Qualification for 2013
State Games of America being held in Hershey PA
for teams that medal.
