TO ENTER
Receive a Discount when you Register
Online. Individuals
may enter online or Coaches can enter multiple
athletes at one time, using the contact information
for the coach.
Entering
as a Team through Hytek Team Manager:
Hytek
file for 24-U swimmers
Hytek
file for 25-O swimmers
1. Save Event File and Import into Hytek Team
Manager or Team Manager Lite
2. Complete the Event File and Export your Team
Manager file
3. Print out your entry fee report
4. Email Team Manager file to entries@calstategames.org
and mail payment with report to California State
Games
Payment must be received within 48 hours
of emailing Team Manager file

1. Click on Registration Forms on the Left
2. Print & Complete Individual Entry Form
and Waiver
3. Write in your event(s). Include your BEST
SWIM TIME and SWIM TEAM NAME.
4. Each athlete must submit: Entry Form, Entry
Fee, & Waiver.
Relays
will be deck-entered and only for Youth; relay
cards available day of the meet.

10 & under, 11-12, 13-14, 15-18, Open
(24 & under), Masters: 25-29, 30-34, 35-39,
40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69,
70-74, 75-79, 80+
ELIGIBILITY
Youth must be a current member of swim team,
any affiliation.
COMPETITION
FORMAT
LONG COURSE MEET. All events will be timed finals.
Seeding determined by entry time.
RULES
This is a USA Swimming approved meet. All age
divisions 24 & under will use USA Swimming
Rules and 25 & over will use USA Masters Swimming
rules.
AWARDS
Championship
Banner Awarded to Youth Team with Highest Points!
Custom
Gold, Silver, & Bronze medals to the top three
in each individual event in each age group and
relays. Plaques for Male and Female "Outstanding
Athlete of the Meet". All medalists qualify for
the State Games of America being held in San Diego
August 4-7, 2011.
The Team Banner will be scored through 8th place
and is not based on medal count. Scoring will
be 9-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 for individual events and double
scores for relays.
